UK Delivery

Once made, all orders will be dispatched the next working day and sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post. If you need it to be sent signed for, this can be purchased at Checkout for an extra cost. The tracking number will be provided when the item is ready to be shipped out.

International Delivery

Once made, all orders are dispatched the next working day. They will be sent by standard Royal Mail Standard International post. This can take 7 – 21 days, but may take longer during holiday times or if your order has been held in customs. If you require faster, tracked shipping, this can be purchased at the Checkout. Tracking numbers will be provided when the item is ready to be shipped out. Please note, Little English Jewellery cannot be held responsible for goods that are delayed in transit.

Returns Policy

If you are not fully happy with your purchase and wish to return it, please notify Little English Jewellery by using the contact page within 14 days of receipt and return your order within 14 days. Your order cannot have been worn or damaged and should be returned in the original packaging. It is advisable that returned items are sent using ‘special delivery’ so they are insured as you will be responsible for any items lost in transit. You will be refunded (less postage costs) within 7 days of Little English Jewellery receiving your return. Please note, you are responsible for any postage costs incurred in returning or exchanging items.

Returns

Please note that some items are exempt from this returns policy:

- Earrings, for hygiene reasons.
- Personalised items with initials or colours customised for the customer.
- Bespoke items personalised for the customer.
- One-of-a-kind commissioned items.

If any specific preferences are required regarding the sizing of any item, please specify this with your original order. If once ordered something that does not fit and you would like it resized, please get in touch and Little English Jewellery will give you more details about this service.

Damaged Items

In the very unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact Little English Jewellery within 7 working days with confirmation of the damage and a replacement or refund will be arranged for you.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Little English Jewellery within 12 hours. If your order has been dispatched, please follow the returns policy procedure outlined above.

Commissioned items or items made to a specific size cannot be cancelled once payment has been received unless Little English Jewellery has given written consent. In this case, please get in touch to be advised on the order status and the possibility of order cancellation.
